Dosing and Feeding System

Rotoline reinforces the line of peripherals with the launch of the Semi Automatic Dosing and Feeding System.

The old and known “bucket” used to feed the molds in the rotomolding process is about to be replaced. Rotoline is releasing in the national and international market a Semi-Automatic Dosing and Feeding System. This system will eliminate the precarious process, frequently made in smalls scales, without precision and transported in bucket by the operator. The new device will also reduce waste of material, loading time and certainly will be an ally in the optimization, repeatability and process efficiency. The system software is designed to work independently to the machine, which allows its installation in any model, size and brand of machine not necessarily a Rotoline one. The system may be programmedto work with up to 4 loads, and these may be of different weights. The System initially will operate with one color of material, however, Rotoline has already started to develop a model to work with more than one color.
