2000
THE BIRTH OF A UNIQUE HISTORY IN ROTATIONAL MOLDING
Rotoline is born in the City of Chapecó, in the west of Santa Catarina State, Brazil, manufacturing the first cylindrical machine, Monostation Model.
2001
WE´VE STARTED AHEAD
The 1st Shuttle Machine Model is manufactured, with 2 cars and 2 arms.

TECHNICAL ARROJO BRINGING EVOLUTION
We created the Shuttle Machine version DC 2.50.
2005
NEW TIMES NEW MODELS
The Shuttle line gains one more option: the DC 5.00.
Use of totally discrete control between PLC and inverters.
The communication of the PLCs with the inverters now uses the Modbus protocol.

MAKING THE WORLD TURN ON A NEW WAY
Launching of the Carrossel Machines Line with independent cars.

THE ROTATIONAL MOLDING NEVER HAD SO MUCH CONTROL
Launch of the RWTC Automatic Temperature Control System connected to the machine software.

Launch of the Integrated Micronization Mills System.
Communication between PLC and inverters of the Carousel Machine entirely over Ethernet.

WORLD PIONEERISM IN AUTOMATED CLOSED OVEN MACHINE
Launch of the TNC30 Machine, the world's first fully automated closed oven machine for multilayer tank manufacturing.
Development of the new generation of oven panels.

THE 100% AUTOMATED ROTOMOLDING MACHINE FOR LARGE TANKS PRODUCTION
Development of the TQ50DC, fully automated closed oven machine for up to 25 thousand liters multilayer tanks manufacture.
Development of a machine for manufacturing 100% automatic garbage containers for the American market.
