O Comitê Sinplast Committee of the Rotomolding Segment held the 2nd annual Rotomolding Meeting of Rio Grande do Sul on October 24, 2017. Bringing together different representatives from the rotational molding industry, the event took place at the Instituto de Inovação, SENAI em São Leopoldo e contou com o apoio das empresas Rotoline, Rotoglobal, Charles Desenvolvimento, Sigma Alumínio e Instituto Aslore.
Focusing on the importance of the quality of materials from the rotomolding process, the event began with the coordinator of the Committee, Luiz Gonçalves, giving a speech emphasizing the importance of this second meeting, and then followed up speeches throughout the day addressing different topics about quality in rotomolding such as molds, machinery, raw material and the actual process.
The speeches were presented by leaders in the industry such as: Eliomar Pimenta, Application Engineer at Braskem; Márcio Figueiredo, Rotoglobal Engineer; Tânia Sette, Executive of BraskemMárcio Figueiredo, Rotoglobal Engineer; Tânia Sette, Executive of AsloreDaniel Teisseire, Director of Charles Desenvolvimento and Sigma Alumínio.
Kadidia Umar, Sales Manager of Rotoline, a manufacturer of Rotomolding Machines, was one of the speakers at the event. With the theme focused on quality in rotomolding machines, her speech addressed pertinent topics that define the concept of quality including, performance, reliability. durability, after-sales service, and others. “It is important that the customer be aware of details that often go unnoticed in the decision-making process of purchasing equipment. We have talked a lot about technology and automation, but we can always point out “basic” issues that make a quality Rotomolding Machine. ” says Kadidia.
The second rotomolding meeting ended with a speech by the ISI Operations Manager, Viviane Lovison and a technical visit to the ISI laboratories.
Providing an environment of great knowledge, the exchange of ideas and learning, the 2nd Rotomolding Meeting fostered the constant search for improvement and the importance of this for the growth of the rotomolding market in Brazil.
