The Flow Funnel is a device used to test flowability (dry flow) and apparent density (bulk density) of plastic powders used for rotational molding process.
After all, parameters such as the Melting Index, Density, and Molecular Weight Distribution are as important as the dry flow and bulk density of the micronized resin in obtaining high-quality rotomolded parts.
These tests are a practical and highly efficient tool for the rotomolder to control the quality of it's raw material, once that the material must be micronized with the particle size around 35 mesh/500 microns.

The RWTC (Rotoline Wireless Temperature Control) Temperature Controller was developed by Rotoline to provide even more precision and optimization in the Rotoline Machine process.
Therefore, it controls the machine operation according to the temperature reached by the molds, regardless of ambient temperature variations, adjusting cycle times for each situation, both in the heating and cooling phases, making Rotoline Machine cycles even more efficient.
In addition, the RWTC offers several advantages over similar ones available in the market. Unlike other readers, the RWTC consists of a wireless system, whose sensors (resistant to high temperatures and do not require an ice pack) are installed alongside the molds, precisely measuring the temperature exactly where it needs to be calculated and adjusted.
On the contrary, in similar systems, the measurement is taken as an average, considering the temperature at different locations within the oven, which is why it doesn't allow the same precision as the RWTC.
Thus, the information obtained by the sensors is sent directly to the machine's operating system, allowing the software itself to adjust the ideal time for both the heating and cooling cycles, another distinctive feature of the product.
This way, in addition to generating reports and graphs that allow greater control and understanding of the cycles, the RWTC is a controller that works online with the machine's software and takes control of it according to each reading, adjusting the necessary times for the cycles.
Remote Control - RC Arm/Plate
The RC - Arm/Plate allows for more agility, safety, and reduces the need for labor in rotomolding operations. In other words, it activates and moves the machine's arm and plate, offering a remote extension of the 'Move Plate' and 'Move Arm' functions available on the main control podium.
Additionally, with the RC - Arm/Plate, the operator is not restricted to the control podium. Therefore, this item acts as a remote extension of the commands present on the panel.
However, its configuration allows control of any arm located at the unloading station on Carousel machines, avoiding the controller constantly moving around the machine's stations.
