The TQ50DC is a 100% automatic rotational molding machine for closed tanks of up to 25,000 liters in a closed oven. Its differential is the possibility of producing tanks with higher added value in less time and at a lower cost.
One of its main features is the internal mold cooling system, developed by Rotoline, which significantly reduces the time of this stage of the cycle, increasing production efficiency.
The new machine was developed with a technology that values manufacturing economy, allowing for lower gas consumption and automatic weighing of the raw material, thus reducing material losses.
Automatization also reduces the number of operators, in addition to favoring repeatability in material weighing, thus eliminating weight variables.
The automatic material weighing system, without human interference, greater precision and agility, eliminates the need to lift the material to the mold and the weight variables.
The equipment is designed with a high capacity air recirculation system (equipped with start and speed control by variable frequency drive) and heating system with high efficiency for every cycle. The carts can be equipped with “Central” arm (STRAIGHT) or optional Offset arms ("C" or "L"). Gearmotors and variable frequency drives allows axis speed adjustment in any rotation direction.
See below a small sample of the variety of products that can be manufactured by the rotational molding process.
