Rotoline presented some of its main rotational molding machines at the 17th ArgenplásInternational Plastics Exhibition, on June 11-14 at the Costa Salguero Center in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Held every two years, Argenplás brings together some of the biggest players in the plastic sector in the world. More than 180 exhibitors from Argentina and 10 other countries from around the world participated in the 2018 edition of the event, which showed their products to an audience of around 17,000 visitors.
The good news is that the rotomolding market is growing in Argentina, according to Rotoline team presented in the show. The rotomolders are looking for machines with greater process control, more economical in the consumption of gas and that demand a smaller number of operators. In addition, the plastic products production for the construction segment and other markets, such as traffic drums, toys and nautical line has been growing in the country.
A Argenplás brings together exhibitors with products and services such as (machinery and equipment, automation and quality control, molds and tools, raw materials and chemical products, plastic transformers, finished and semi-finished products, and environment and recycling).
“The presence of the main national companies and the main foreign exhibitors guarantees a representative sample of the plastic industry at national, Latin American and international level. This is a unique event that integrates the raw material, state of the art machinery and products manufactured with high added value”, says (Antonio Paolini); president of the Argentine Chamber of Plastic Industry (CAIP) and one of the organizers of Argenplás, in an interview with Emma Fiorentino, press secretary for the event.
Argenplás is an excellent opportunity for the industry to show its products to market decision-makers. Research carried out among visitors in 2016 shows that about 31.16% of them go to the fair to find new technologies; 10.64% to buy; 40.19% to analyze the market; 15.55% to seek alliances, and 2.46 for other reasons.
