Amid one of the largest water shortages ever faced by the Brazilian Southeastern Region, Rotoline has phased into operation a machine for high performance and productivity, dedicated to large-scale production of water tanks. The Carrossel 5.20 Special was started in the first half, and has as differential the automatic mold dosing, feeding, opening and closing mold system.
The machine holds 10 1,000-liter molds in each arm, totaling 30 molds, transforming 400 tons of material per month, and producing one 1,000-liter tank each 1.75 minutes (105 seconds).
A Carrossel 5.20 Special comes in as an ally against the problem of water shortage, as it is dedicated to the production of water reservoirs, which may be one of the solutions against a water crisis that apparently has no end date.
