A máquina Carrossel is synonymous of productivity, ideal for large-scale sequential production because it has a central axis on which the arms move and pass through the various stages of the production process. Designed to work with three or four independent carts, the machine was developed for greater effectiveness in the sequential manufacturing of parts de peçasBy having independent arms/carts, the operator can program different times for each arm, thus optimizing the process. The Carrossel Machine is composed of five independent stations: oven, precooling, cooling, loading/unloading and stand by, each of the arms/carts are in a different station, which results in an increase of up to 20% productivity when compared to other machines models.

The equipment has several options to meet each rotomolder needs; such as the addition of the fourth arm/cart, even if purchased with 3 carts the machine is ready to receive the 4th cart, the gas flow measurer system, which works integrated with the machine control software, providing records of gas consumption per cycle, per number of parts and quantity of material produced; the mold temperature measurement system – RWTC, which measures the mold temperature in real time and it is also fully integrated with the machine software, allowing more precise control of the oven and cooling times, controlling the cycle time by temperature, and not by the programmed recipe, which generates gas savings and greater process control.

The Carrossel Series machines are designed in conjunction with the high-capacity air recirculation system and the heating system, with high efficiency in each cycle. The carts can be equipped with “Straight” arms or the optional “C” arm (OFFSET). Gearmotors and VFDs (variable frequency drive) allow adjustment of arms/ plate speeds in any direction of rotation. It also has a Main Control Panel, used to program the machine and production parameters as well as a panel to control each cart motors. Two control podiums assist this panel by providing the operator three-interface points to operate the machine. All panel connections are plug and play, it uses quick-connect plugs, reducing installation and maintenance time.
