ROTOLINE participated in the 5th IRC - International Rotational Molding Congress, held from February 27 to March 2, in Cancún, Mexico.
As sponsor of the event, ROTOLINE took a Carousel CR 2.60 machine to the Congress with three cars and three independent arms that was in operation during the event.
During the Congress, the Rotoline Representative in Latin America, Engineer Carlos Garcia gave a lecture on the new technologies of Rotoline and spoke about the TNC30 and TQ50DC machines, launch of Rotoline.
The congress organized by Grupo Polímeros Mexicanos brought together rotomolders, industry representatives, specialists and suppliers from different countries, offering participants a unique opportunity for learning and networking.
Inspired by the needs and concerns most commonly encountered in the rotational molding industry, the event's agenda included dynamic and educational workshops, live machine demonstrations, workshops, and conferences on a range of topics, from introductory sessions for newcomers to the rotational molding industry to the latest updates, in materials, processing, and technology.
The ROTOLINE machine presented at the event
A Linha Carrossel it is indicated for the sequential production of parts in large quantities, it presents up to 20% more productivity in relation to other machines, it was developed for series production and designed to operate with three or four independent cars and five stations (oven, pre- cooling, cooling, discharge and loading). The steps can be performed individually, reducing downtime, as each arm is in a different station than the other.
In addition, it allows the operator to make different time adjustments on each arm, giving greater flexibility to production and offering greater efficiency in the sequential manufacture of parts.
