The LAB machine works with a central oven, a cooling station and a cart with an “Offset” arm. This equipment has the same functions and characteristics of a large machine, in other words, it allows a real simulation of process and cycle, with the only difference that this machine uses electric heat (does not use gas burner), what makes it very suitable for installation in laboratories and universities.

It has only one support base (chassis) for the entire machine (electric panel, cart and oven). The oven has a horizontal cylindrical shape, with a recirculation fan and recirculation duct. The cart has a square arm type "L", (OFFSET), with 02 gearmotors and variable frequency drives, double cooling system, and others.
It is formed by a set of motors, electrical field and general panel used to program the machine parameters. It also has a full electrical design, easy to interpret, allowing quick checks and agility in maintenance.
Formed by a set of sensors / transducers, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that contains the Manager System LAB 2.70 and the actuators. The PLC runs the management software through which you can track the information recorded by sensors installed in various parts of the machine.
