The RC – Arm / Plate allows more agility, safety and less necessity of labor displacement during the load/unload. It activates and moves the arm and plate of the machine, offering a function remote extension of the “Move Arm” and “Move Plate” function available on the podiuns.

OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS
With the Arm / Plate RC, the operator is not restricted to the podium buttons. This RC works as a remote extension of the commands on the podiuns.
Its allows to control any arm/plate that is on the load/unload station of the Carrossel machine, the operator to be moving around the stations of the rotomolding machine.
It adds more practicality and safety during the demolding process. Furthermore, involves less workers that could, reducing labor costs.

* To use the same function at another station other than the unloading station, it is necessary to install another control. On Shuttle machines, a RC Arm/Plate is required for each cart.
